Trump Tries to End Iran War With Single “Losers Say What?” Phone Call

MAR-A-LAGO, FL — In what military analysts are calling “an unconventional but undeniably bold diplomatic maneuver,” President Trump reportedly attempted to end escalating tensions with Iran on Tuesday by personally calling Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and immediately saying, “Losers say what?”

According to sources familiar with the call, Trump delivered the line less than half a second after the Ayatollah answered the phone.

“What?” Khamenei reportedly replied.

Witnesses say Trump then erupted into laughter before shouting, “Got him! We got him! The Ayatollah admits he’s a loser!” and demanding that aides issue a press release declaring total victory.

The White House quickly circulated a statement claiming that the Iranian leader had “verbally acknowledged his loser status in front of numerous witnesses.”

While many of the witnesses themselves could not make out what the president was saying (he said it very quickly), a sizeable number did make it out.

“We’ve never seen such a devastating rhetorical strike,” one of them stated. “The President spent years refining this technique on elementary school playgrounds. Quite frankly, Iran never stood a chance.”

Pentagon officials appeared uncertain how to respond to the development.

“We have aircraft carriers in the region, strategic bombers on standby, and decades of military doctrine,” said one bewildered general. “We were looking at all of our options, but only Trump was genius enough to notice that this one was right under our noses the whole time. None of us anticipated a ‘losers say what’ operation, and yet, here we are.”

The president also had words of his own to say in a special press conference he called that followed.

“This is why we need smart people in charge,” he said. “Do you think Sleepy Joe or Laughin’ Kamala could have pulled this off? I mean, the Ayatollah might have successfully pulled this stunt with them! Good ole Sleepy Joe is saying ‘what’ so much anyway that, you know, we might have lost the war by accident.”

Iranian state media denied that Khamenei had conceded defeat, insisting that he merely failed to hear the caller clearly. The president swiftly rejected that explanation.

“Typical loser excuse!” the President posted on social media. “Everybody heard it. He said what. Very sad.”

Perhaps most poignant were the president’s words at the end of the press conference: “Now I will say what no other president has said at the conclusion of a war: Mission Accomplished.”
